Overview
LHH is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Supervisor oversees daily on-site customer service operations while leading and supporting a small CS team. This role ensures high-quality customer interactions across phone, email, and chat, maintains workflow efficiency, and partners cross-functionally to support timely order fulfillment. Training will be provided.
