8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (OT Available on Saturdays) Location : Raffles Job Description: Support the Lead Solemniser (LS) with queue management and administrative duties to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies. Assist couples and guests during solemnisation appointments, including registration, witness updates, and reprinting of ceremonial certificates via self-service kiosks. Guide and direct guests after their solemnisation to maintain an orderly waiting area and smooth visitor flow. Monitor self-service kiosks and provide basic technical assistance when required. Handle simple customer enquiries, verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels. Assist counter staff with document verification processes, including assessing couples' language proficiency based on provided guidelines.
