Job DescriptionSupport the Lead Solemniser (LS) with queue management and administrative duties to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies.
- Assist couples and guests during solemnisation appointments, including registration, witness updates, and reprinting of ceremonial certificates via self-service kiosks.
- Guide and direct guests after their solemnisation to maintain an orderly waiting area and smooth visitor flow.
- Monitor self-service kiosks and provide basic technical assistance when required.
- Handle simple customer enquiries, verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels.
