Coordinate and manage the activation of new mobile applications, SIM activation, line transfers, and value-added services (VAS). Assist with billing inquiries, resolve billing issues, and perform necessary billing adjustments. Address general customer service questions from subscribers, explaining mobile product features and transferring requests to other departments when needed. Document all actions taken in the internal system accurately. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI), providing training to staff and making updates as necessary.
