Role Definition
Leads and manages dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of dealer sales capability, focusing on new equipment products.
Responsibilities
- Develop dedicated solutions for business growth by understanding of business model and customer challenges.
- Design and lead annual business plan delivering sales targets and related KPIs.
- Design and assist dealers on the forecast, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
- Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.
- Lead the identification of selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction and enhance business relationships.
