What You’ll Do:
- Engage with leads and convert them into loyal clients
- Provide responsive, friendly customer support via email, phone, and chat
- Maintain CRM records and track interactions (Zoho experience is a plus!)
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
- Troubleshoot basic client concerns and escalate when needed
What We’re Looking For:
