Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000
We are actively hiring Customer Success Associates to join our growing Customer Success team. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day communication with clients
- Understand client requirements and assist in delivering timely solutions
- Coordinate with Engineering, Support, and Operations teams to resolve client concerns
- Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction, engagement, and retention metrics
