Responsibilities
- Conduct and support customer onboarding and follow-up sessions
- Guide customers on software workflows and practical application
- Support customer usage, adoption, and day-to-day software application
- Handle client inquiries, clarify issues, and coordinate escalation when needed
- Conduct software training, workshops, and customer engagement activities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HQ teams to support customer success initiatives
- Document customer issues, follow-up actions, product feedback, and service updates accurately
- Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and internal coordination when required
- Help identify customer usage gaps and provide suitable follow-up support to improve adoption
- Based in Singapore
- Able to speak and write Chinese and English
