What you'll own: Lead and mentor the Customer Success function
Drive customer retention, engagement, growth, and business outcomes
Build operational processes that actually work in startup reality
Improve team efficiency, workflows, and customer success playbooks
Partner with product, leadership, data, and cross-functional teams
Turn customer feedback, data, and insights into business action
Guide brands on performance improvement, visitor behaviour, and conversion opportunities
