Job Description:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers through effective account management strategy and completing 100% client renewals.
  • To be responsible for generating sales opportunity for SSL Certificate.
  • To Research, Develop and present new sales opportunities for SSL Certificate.
  • To achieve agreed levels of cold calling activity to increase volume/revenue streams for the SSL Certificate.
  • To ensure that sales objectives, as agreed with your line manager are met.
  • Follow-up with contacted clients on phone or by sending e-mail or other necessary e-collaterals as deemed necessary from time to time.
  • Data base mining and lead generation
  • Update CRM on regular basis
