This is a full-time contract spanning 12 months from the date of hire.
The Role
At Ascend, Customer Success is a revenue engine. You’ll own a portfolio of clients and your job is to grow their lottery revenue — which grows ours. That means influencing, persuading, and guiding clients to make moves that drive results.
