Overview
The Customer Success Manager is expected to have a strong grasp of the UK media market. You’ll be a trusted partner to clients and a key link between commercial, product, and media owner teams.
Responsibilities
- Client Success & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertisers, agencies, and media owners.
- Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and translate these into effective platform strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on media planning, buying, and negotiation best practices.
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure clients fully adopt and benefit from Buymedia.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
