Customer Success & Operations Support – Educating Adventures

A rare opportunity to join a growing company providing World Leading ski and snowboard Instructor Training and Work Placement Programs in the USA, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, and Japan.

We are looking for a passionate, resilient professional who can take our customer success and regional delivery to the next level. In this role, you will lead and drive a positive client experience for all of our ski and snowboard instructor program participants around the world, while providing vital operational support. Our participants are predominantly young adults (aged 18–25) navigating independent international travel for the first time. You will need to be comfortable acting as both a supportive mentor and a firm authority figure—providing reassurance and handholding when needed, but equally capable of delivering a stern word and managing behavioural or program expectations/standards, as well as jumping on phon...
