We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a leading hotel industry support team based in Kuala Lumpur (GTower) .
This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills, a problem-solving mindset, and interest in financial services and banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate customers on self‑service banking and digital channels
- Conduct transaction verification callbacks and request supporting documents when required
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, solution‑focused support
- Perform KYC‑related tasks in line with compliance requirements
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards
