Scope
We are looking for a proactive and solutions‑focused Customer Supply Chain Specialist to take ownership of end‑to‑end order fulfilment, working closely with customers, internal teams, and 3PL partners.
You will play a key role in ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full, acting as the vital link between Commercial and Supply Chain functions.
With a strong focus on performance, you will manage service metrics, resolve issues quickly, and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way driving efficiency, improving service, and delivering a great customer experience.
