ABOUT THE ROLE

This isn’t your average data entry gig. You are the heartbeat of the Supreme experience and the primary point of contact for our legendary wholesale partners and home-brewing fanatics.

Your mission is to master the administrative engine room of the business. You’ll be the bridge between our roasting team and our customers, ensuring our data is as precise as our brew ratios. Whether you’re troubleshooting an espresso emergency or helping us lead the charge as we migrate to a unified Salesforce and Shopify tech stack, you’ll be doing it with the warmth, wit, and above the line hospitality that defines us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
