Overview
Corpay is currently hiring a Customer Support Advisor on a permanent basis within the UK Product Support division. This role is based in the Meriden office and reports directly to the Head of Product Support.
How We Work
As a Customer Support Advisor you will be expected to work from our Meriden office. Corpay will support you with assigned workspace, company‑issued equipment, formal training and ongoing support.
Role Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails from service centre users and drivers.
- Handle first‑line queries from the 1link network of service centres.
- Process the work booking workflow for clients, including scheduling workshop appointments and bookings through the 1link platform.
