About the Role:
Flogas LPG is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will act as the primary point of contact for Liquid Gas customers across Bulk, Cylinder, Domestic and Commercial segments, taking full ownership of queries through to resolution.
You will resolve the majority of customer queries at first point of contact, delivering efficient, solution-focused support across multiple channels. Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills are key to understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality outcomes within this team. You will also support sales activity through managing enquiries, contracts, and growth opportunities, working across teams to deliver results
