Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Customer Support Agent to assist with several tasks related to our events, including creating the registration page, updating registration counts, and assisting with quality control within our event setup process. This role is critical to maintaining our values of trust and integrity within the behavioral health community.
Responsibilities:
- Event Registration Page Creation
- Utilizing information provided through a proposal form, create a registration page for our CE events.
- Ensure accuracy when creating an event
- Data Entry and Documentation:
- Update Hubspot for information captured from other locations on the client's sites, including registration numbers.
- Communication and Support:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team. Ask questions and request feedback if something is unclear.
