Job Summary

SamTech is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Customer Support Agent to provide post‑sales support for our fleet management and telematics solutions. The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, customer interaction, and coordination with field technicians, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide after‑sales technical support to customers via phone, email, and on‑site visits.
  • Monitor and ensure proper functionality of tracking systems and devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
