The Customer Support Associate (CSA) will be responsible for supporting customer onboarding, documentation, and field-level coordination activit ies. The role involves direct interaction with existing and prospective clients, assisting with documentation, and ensuring timely completion of processes as per organizational requirements.

• Assist existing and prospective customers in filling out application forms.
• Collect duly signed application forms and required documents, including KYC documents and cheques.
