- Provide trial environments to prospective customers acquired by the sales team.
- Support customers in achieving their goals after the trial is provided.
- Join sales in large meetings and negotiate directly with customers when necessary.
- Provide inbound support, including basic installation of fingerprint and face scanners.
- Provide outbound support, working closely with customers to help them achieve their goals.
- Test company's products, such as mobile applications and payroll systems.
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year in the Customer Support field *Fresh graduate must have part-time job experience in the Customer Support/Customer Service field. - Conversational middle level of English
