Job Description
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 11:00pm, Rotational
Salary range: Up to RM 10,100
Job responsibilities:
- Assist customers in placing online orders with the client.
- Provide timely support to customers through various communication channels including inbound phone calls and email.
- Process payments and handle confidential client information with precision, ensuring the protection of customers' personal and financial data at all times.
- Proactively support customers to minimize risks to the client's brand and maintain customer loyalty.
- Identify and elevate priority issues through the appropriate channels as needed.
Job requirements:
- Proficiency in English (business level)
