Naboo is looking for a B2B Customer Support Agent intern to join our Operations team in Barcelona. This is a paid internship designed for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on exposure to B2B support, billing, and client operations inside a fast-growing tech company. You’ll work directly alongside the Head of Ops, handling real client interactions from day one — not watching from the sidelines.
What you’ll do
- Deliver fast, accurate responses across all support channels to maintain high client satisfaction (email, chat, phone)
- Manage B2B billing and invoicing: issue tracking, payment follow‑ups, credit notes, and reconciliation
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with clients and venue partners
- Spot recurring issues, document root causes, and propose process improvements
- Collaborate daily with Finance, Ops, and Product to elevate edge cases and close the feedback loop
