A customer-facing support role focused on helping hairdresser clients across multiple service channels. The role will cover order queries, billing questions, product access or login issues, and general support communication. - 2-3+ years of customer support / customer service / client service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, direct messages, and some calls or virtual meetings.
- Able to handle complaint-driven or troubleshooting-led conversations without becoming reactive.
- Confident learning product workflows and communicating them clearly to end users.
