Responsible for Field service activities associated with repair, preventive maintenance, installation and relocation start-up service of complex equipment at customer wafer fab facilityTroubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions as required.Conduct customer orientation and technical training on all aspects of equipment maintenance support for user application.Professionally represent the company to the customer. Be committed to customer satisfaction and develop good customer relations by maintaining standards of conduct acceptable to both KLA and customers.Interface directly with customer at a management and engineer level.Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and provides documentation to othe...
