Customer Support Engineer (IT)
1 year renewable contract
Work location: Paya Lebar, however you will need to travel island wide based on customer's service request.
Work hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
Standby - weekly rotation
We are seeking for a motivated individual who has hardware technical knowledge on x86 infrastructure enterprise products to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer service orientation, and effective communication skills to play a crucial role in providing technical support, diagnostic testing, repair/resolution of hardware, operating system, virtualization, and infrastructure in dynamic enterprise environments.
Provide field support based on SLA (24x7)
Perform standby duty based on rotation basis
Provide post-sales project implementation, onsite support and coordination
Provide break-fix support including, but not limited to, machine inspection, system checklist creation, ...
