Employment Details
- Job title: Customer Support Engineer (Full time)
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (5 days work week, Mon-Fri)
- Location: Ubi area (But will be required to travel to other sites when necessary)
Minimum Qualification
- Experienced as a Service Engineer within the Semiconductor/Mechanical Engineering industries
- Inexperienced candidates with NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering / OJT provided
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Provide on‑site technical service, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer’s sites.
