/Preferred QualificationsPerform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work of KLA inspection & metrology tools at customer sites.
Maintain tool in good shape to achieve uptime/MTTR/MTBF target.
Perform tool pre installation work including site preparation and post installation hand-off.
Perform SW&HW retrofit/upgrade and tool relocation/installation in some occasions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor or above degree with science or engineering background
