Job Description

Our Client, a BioTech company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineering for their Wayne, MI location. Responsibilities:

+ The successful candidate will serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility.

+ The candidate will also be required to re-verify parts within the computer system.

+ Candidate should be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email.

+ This person should be highly organized and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers.

+ Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.

+ Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.

+ Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Delphi.

+ CSE will reside at customer facility.

+ Expedite non-confirming material back to Delphi same day.

+ Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).
