Customer Support Executive (Business Operations Support)
The Customer Support Executive (Business Operations Support) mainly be in charge of overseeing day-to-day functional activities, technical support, and logistical processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operational support activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities, suppliers and freight forwarder.
- Liaise with factories/suppliers and freight forwarder on schedules and update customers
- Coordinate logistics and other matters with factories in Europe/Italy and third-party suppliers which include warehouse management and deliveries
- Follow-up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Ensure SOPs and engagement standards are followed
