Job Description
We are looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals with experience in Customer Service/Customer Support and exposure to Online Advertising or Digital Marketing .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email.
- Support clients with online advertising and account-related concerns.
- Provide timely solutions while delivering excellent customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Customer Experience
- Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Advertising, Online Advertising, or Digital Marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
