This hybrid role bridges customer service with hands‑on fulfillment, ensuring artists across Canada receive outstanding support and the right products—picked, packed, and shipped with care.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re comfortable moving seamlessly between assisting customers and supporting warehouse operations.
