We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer L2 to join a high-impact technical support team supporting mission-critical authentication and secure access platforms in a 24/7 environment.
What You’ll Be Working With:
- Active Directory
- LDAP / DNS / Group Policy
- MFA & Certificate-Based Authentication
- Windows Server Infrastructure
- Citrix / RDS Environments
- Secure Access Gateways
- Identity Federation (SAML / OIDC)
- Enterprise Authentication Systems
