Responsibilities / Duties
- Attend to customer enquiries efficiently and with professionalism
- Prepare pricing quotations and conduct follow-ups to secure business opportunities
- Work closely with internal departments including operations, logistics, and sales for smooth order execution
- Keep customers informed on order timelines, shipment status, and delivery updates
- Ensure customer records and related documentation are properly maintained and updated
- Diploma in Business, Maritime, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous
- Candidates without formal qualifications should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience using SAP system is beneficial
