Overview
The CSI Department is recruiting for a Customer Support Representative to join a busy team within Service Operations. This role offers an opportunity to expand your service knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a fantastic experience by solving problems and addressing discrepancies in their policies.
- Communicate with customers via phone, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TrustPilot and LinkedIn) and other methods.
- Deal with data merges and breaches, investigate discrepancies, and solve customer problems while on the call.
- Manage social media customer service, including booking repairs, answering queries, and raising complaints.
