We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (ONSITE SET-UP)
Location: Taguig, City
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat messages about healthcare services.
- Confirm patient or member details while strictly adhering to HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Record all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Forward complex medical or technical concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and compliant information at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (old curriculum), SHS Graduate, Associate Degree holder, or College Undergraduate/Graduate
- Open to applicants with no prior BPO experience
- Must be willing to work ONSITE
