Customer Support Representative | West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre
You will be joining our team in the West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our CustomerSupport Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone.
