Job Description
The Role
This is not a typical call center position. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key driver of our sales pipeline. You’ll handle inquiries, support orders, and follow up on warm leads all while helping convert interest into confirmed sales.
You’ll work closely with the founder and operations team in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where customer experience and sales go hand in hand.
