Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

- English: B2
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
- 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
- Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day...
