Job Description
Responsibilities
- Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding user through features and functionalities of Online System (such as Online Billing System, eWorld, MIS, Centralised system, Fast Track System).
- Process and maintain member data of Online Billing System (OBS) and Centralised system.
- Priorities and schedule assigned support activities and tasks.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or experience as a Customer Support Specialist.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with team in multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred due to job requirements.
