Responsibilities
- Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer support to clients.
- Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, answering inquiries, processing requests, documenting interactions accurately, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- The CSR is expected to follow company procedures, meet performance metrics, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months BPO experience in a voice/call account
- Must have excellent English communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- At least HS Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Level
- Can work under pressure and handle difficult calls professionally
- With stable internet connection for virtual interview
- Can start on December training
