We are currently hiring Mandarin & Cantonese speakers for an international customer support project.
Job Scope
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, payment inquiries, and product support
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Provide professional and high-quality customer service experience
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and mobile operating systems
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow operational procedures
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Able to communicate in English + Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Customer service or call center experience is an advantage
- Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting devices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
