Overview of the job
As a Customization Site Quality Assurance Leader, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring Quality systems, procedures, and standards for on-going product and initiative delivery. Has direct responsibility for the management of on-site Quality Assurance/Quality Control personnel and product release. Single point of contact for external and internal audits. You will autonomously lead in the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality systems to ensure compliance with both internal policies/ SOP and external regulations. You are also responsible for building QA mastery and expertise within Customization Operations, facilitate and enable partnership with multi-function team to to implement effective work processes, eliminate losses and reduce risk.
