ABOUT THE ROLE
DHL Global Forwarding Vietnam (DGF Vietnam) is hiring a Customs Advisory & AI Transformation Manager to support a high-profile transformation project for one of our strategic accounts — a leading multinational manufacturer of microprocessors and chipsets, with major assembly and test operations in Saigon Hi-Tech Park.
This is a combining two streams of work: approximately 60% of time supporting an AI-enabled customs process automation Proof-of-Concept (POC), and approximately 40% acting as subject matter expert to the client's daily Vietnam customs compliance operations.
We are looking for someone who knows Vietnam customs in depth — particularly the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and Export-Processing-Enterprise (EPE) environment — can speak credibly to complex classification and regulatory questions, and is genuinely interested in how AI is ch...
