Responsibilities
Prepare and submit import/export declarations via AIS, AES, ICS2 and other relevant systems.Ensure correct tariff classification (HS codes), valuation, origin, duties, VAT, and regulatory checks.Verify documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, proofs of origin, licences, and certificates.Monitor customs status and proactively resolve any queries or holds from Revenue. Customs Declarations & Compliance
Good knowledge of customs brokerage process, customs legislation.Understanding of ocean, road and air documentation process.Effective interpersonal skills.Pro-active approach, strong organizational and computer skills.Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word.Fluent in English.
