You will play a key role in managing customs documentation and compliance processes while ensuring excellent service delivery by managing customer inquiries processing orders and supporting our internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare review and ensure compliance of all customs documentation for shipments (including declarations certificates of origin)
- Coordinate with customs brokers freight forwarders and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth customs clearance
- Coordinate with the shipper and freight forwarders to obtain required documents
