We are looking for a Trade Compliance professional to support global import/export operations and ensure full compliance with international trade regulations. This role plays a critical part in enabling smooth cross-border operations while minimizing regulatory risks across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Classify products and technologies under HTS and ECCN codes.
- Support and maintain export control policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal audits for import/export compliance.
- Act as a key point of contact for government inquiries related to trade.
- Support development and enhancement of foreign licensing programs.
