Position Responsibilities: Maintains daily communication with the team and meets productivity standards. Receives incoming calls and emails from customers and creates tickets for requests. Responds to high-priority and critical tickets and projects according to standard operating procedures. Acts as the first responder within the hosted notification environment, identifying and documenting information.
