Job Purpose & Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting analyses to subscriber base metrics & CVM campaigns. Core responsibilities of CVM analyst include:
- Gathering data from various sources including databases, big data platforms, spreadsheets, and other systems
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help in taking informed business decisions
- Generate regular reports on customer metrics, including acquisition, retention, churn, ARPU etc.
- Monitor CVM campaigns/KPI’s and investigate anomalies through timely investigations
- Propose creation of advanced analytics & data science based models for increasing customer engagement & revenue
